Description:
smoothie bowls are a great breakfast, snack or even main meal 
easy to make 

Ingredients:
 g Blueberries
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Breakfast cereal, bran type cereal, fortified
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Apples, cooking, raw, flesh only, peeled
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Strawberries, raw

Directions:


1 in a blender mix the ice, cream, ketocal LQ until you have a smoothie

2 pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the bran flakes and fruit.
