Description:
great make head meal 
can be frozen raw or cooked 

Ingredients:
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:


1. in a frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the mince beef, 
2. slice the mushrooms and spring onions and fry with the mice until meat is browned,
3, mix the ketocal powder with 100mls of cold water and add the gia tomato paste.
4, stir in the ketocal mixture to the pan mix to combine, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat, transfer to an baking dish.
5. peel and chop the celeriac and cook in boiling water till soft,
6. drain the celeriac and place back into the pan and place over med low heat, stirring until the water has all evaporated, mash with a folk or potato mashed, once mashed add the butter and cream mix until you have a soft puree.
7. top the mince beef mixture with the celeriac puree and bake 180oc until the top is golden.
8. you can freeze before baking or after baking just allow the pie to cool before freezing.
