MCT custard

Description:
custard can be eaten on its own as a snack hot or cold,
you can add sugar free jelly and make a mousse,
Ingredients:
g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
ml Liquigen
ml MCT Oil
g Custard powder
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
Directions:
1 in a glass bowl or jug mix the custard powder, truvia, and 1 tablespoon of milk stir together until you have a paste, then stir in the rest of the milk.
2 place in the microwave foe 30 seconds remove and stir place back for another 30 seconds keep repeating until the custard has thickened.
3 now add the MCT oil and the Liquigen stir to combine,
4 serve hot or cover with plastic wrap and chill until needed
5 re-heat in the microwave when needed
