butternut puree

Description: fresh butternut squash can be used but don't forget frozen butternut is a great stand by.

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Squash, butternut, raw

Directions:


1 peel the butternut squash cut into cubes 
2 steam or boil until cooked and soft to the touch
3 mash the butternut squash then add the butter, cream and ketocal powder,
4 you can freeze in ice cube trays or in small containers with lids or a sandwich bag allow to cool before freezening
