Cod in tomato sauce

Description:
Easy to make.
Great savoury dish - can be batch cooked and frozen.

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Cod, flesh only, raw

Directions:


1. In a pan, add the oil over a med/low heat then add the onions and fry for 2/3 minutes.
2. Add the Gia garlic and tomato puree and cook for an extra minute (add mixed herbs at this stage if required).
3. Add the cod and the chopped tinned tomatoes (chop the tomatoes with kitchen scissors if needed) and cook for 5 minutes until the cod is cooked.
4. Mix the ketocal powder with 2 tablespoons of water then add to the pan - cook for a further minute making sure not to boil it.
5. Serve straight away.
