mushroom turkey burgers

Description:
Easy meal to prep
Can be batch cooked and frozen until needed
Can be cooked on the BBQ

Ingredients:
 g Turkey, dark meat, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Paprika
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. In a bowl, mix the turkey, egg white and Ketocal Powder together - season with pepper.
2. Place the mushrooms on a lined baking sheet and brush with oil. 
3. Divide the turkey mixture equally between the mushrooms; layer it on top of the mushroom and then bake in 170oc oven for 10/15 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, smoked paprika and Gia garlic puree - season with pepper. 
5. Serve the mushrooms with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
