Description:
great for lunch boxes
easy to make
great batch cooking

Ingredients:
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Sesame seeds
 g Sunflower seed flour
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1 pre heat the oven 170oc
2 line a baking sheet with baking paper
3 in a bowl mix the grated cheese, ketocal powder, oil and sunflower flour to form a dough
4 divide the dough into 4 and press out with wet hands to form a thin circel 
5 bake for 8/10 minuets if you want your crackers more crunchy turn over half way though the cooking time with a palette knife 
6 allow to cool before serving, keep in an air tight container for 3/4 days
