Turkey and cranberry meat loaf

Description:
This main meal is great for Christmas lunch. 
Can be made ahead of time then frozen and re-heated when required.

Ingredients:
 g Turkey, dark meat, raw
 g Cranberry sauce
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Sage, dried, ground
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1. Chop the mushrooms and spring onion into small diced pieces.
2. Fry the mushrooms and spring onion in the olive oil until soft and allow to cool. 
3. In a bowl, mix the minced turkey, Ketocal, beaten egg, sage, cranberry sauce and the cooled mushroom mixture. 
4. Place in a small loaf tin or a muffin tin and bake at 170 degrees C for 15 minutes until the top is golden brown. 
5. Serve as a main Christmas meal or allow to cool - then slice and use as a sandwich filling.
6. You can also roll the mixture into 5 small meatballs and serve hot or cold on a buffet.
