Christmas gravy (american style)

Description:
You can make this ahead of time and freeze until needed. 
This gravy is an American style - it is not a British gravy.
You can use this with sausages or toad in the hole. 



Ingredients:
 g Butter, salted
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Knorr Chicken Stock Pot (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. In a saucepan, over med/low heat melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the flour with a wooden spoon - stir until combined then cook for 2 mins. 
2. Now add the ketocal a little at a time stirring all the time; keep adding all the ketocal until you have a smooth sauce. 
3. Add the stockpot, season to taste. 
4. Use straight away or cool then freeze until needed.
