Gravy

Description:
This classic gravy is used as part of a roast dinner or Christmas dinner.
Easy to make - can be made ahead and frozen until needed. 

Ingredients:
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Stock cubes, chicken
 ml MCT Oil
 g Butter, salted
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

Directions:


1. In a saucepan, heat the butter over med low heat and add the chopped onions cook for 2 minutes

2 add the flour and stir until the flour has absorbed all the butter and it looks like a paste (this is known as a roux in sauce making)
3 dissolve the stock cube in 80mls of boiling water 
4 now add this to the butter mixture little at a time string all the time when all the stock is added you will have a smooth thick gravy 
5 remove from the heat and add the ketocal 
6 serve as part of a roast dinner or allow to cool and freeze until needed
