Cauliflower mash

Description:
This great recipe can be used for weaning.
Alternatively, serve as part of a roast dinner or Christmas dinner .
Great for topping pies like Sheppard's pie or fish pie.
Can be made ahead of time - freeze until needed. 

Ingredients:
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia

Directions:


1. Steam the cauliflower until tender.
2. In a bowl, mash the cooked cauliflower with a fork and add the butter, ketocal, and cream cheese - stir until soft and creamy. 
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
4. Serve hot or allow to cool before freezing until needed.
