Christmas stir fry

Description:
This is a great main meal and can be made using Christmas left overs or fresh ingredients. 

Ingredients:
 g Brussels sprouts, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Turkey slices
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:


1. Slice the mushrooms, sprouts and onions. 
2. Grate the cauliflower, and slice the turkey into strips.
3. In a frying pan or wok, heat the olive oil and add the veg to the pan stirring over a high heat for 2 minutes. 
4. Add the turkey strips and heat for a futher 2 minutes. 
5. In a small bowl, mix the ketocal with a little cold water into a paste and then add to the pan to heat for another 1 minute and serve.
