Christmas coleslaw

Description:
This side dish is easy to prep and great served with Christmas leftovers, for lunch boxes and buffets.
Ingredients:
g Brussels sprouts, raw
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Grapes, green
Directions:
1. Chop the sprouts into shreds, slice the onion thinly, grate the carrots, chop the grapes into 1/4.
2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Ketocal together then season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix all the veg and grapes together mixing well to ensure everything is coated in the sauce.
4. Allow to stand for an hour in the fridge, covered well until needed.
5. This salad will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days covered.
