Spiced nuts

Description:
Easy snack to prep ahead of time -  can be kept in an air tight jar until needed. 
Great for Christmas 
Great for lunch boxes and buffets 

Ingredients:
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)
 g Walnuts, kernel only
 g Brazil nuts, kernel only
 g Pecan nuts, kernel only
 g Hazelnuts, kernel only
 g Butter, salted
 g Rosemary, dried
 g Paprika
 g Salt
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. In a frying pan, melt the butter over a med/low heat. Once melted add the Truvia, paprika, rosemary and salt then cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the nuts into the frying pan with the above, coating the nuts in the butter mixture -  fry everything for a further 3 minutes. 
3. Serve hot or allow to cool.
4. If not eating straight away then store in an air tight jar (once cooled) until required.
