Description: a great filling breakfast quick to make 

Ingredients:
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, dried
 g Butter, salted
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1 heat the butter and oil in a frying pan over med/low heat
2 in a bowl scramble the egg with the ketocal season to taste with salt and pepper 
3 pour the egg mixture into the pan move the pan around to form a disc shape, cook until the bottom has set but the top is still runny 
4 place the lo-dough wrap on top of the egg and fry for 2 minutes then flip over and cook the lo-dough wrap for 3/4 minutes until golden brown,
5 turn out onto a plate and roll up the taco 
6 serve hot or at room temp.
