bon fire spiced nuts

Description: an easy to make snack great for parties or lunch boxes 

Ingredients:
 g Pecan nuts, kernel only
 g Almonds, toasted
 ml MCT Oil
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:


1 in a frying pan heat the MCT oil over med/low heat
2 add the nuts and fry for 3/4 minutes until toasted
3 add the salt. Pepper and  and Truvia fry for 1 minute tossing the nuts in the seasoning.
4 serve warm or allow to cool, store in a air tight container until needed
