Christmas ice-cream

Description:
a festive dessert to make ahead of time
easy to make and great batch cooking
Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Oil, olive
g Cream, fresh, whipping
g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
ml Orange extract, waitrose (HCP added*)
g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)
Directions:
1 chop the chocolate with a knife until you have small pieces
2 in a bowl add the cream, ketocal, sweetener,oil, and orange extract whisk with bloon whisk until the mixture is soft peaks and still floppy don't over whisk,
3 fold in the chopped chocolate and place in a plastics container with a lid,
4 place in freezer every hour take out and shake the mixture in the container (this breads down any ice crystals) do this until the ice cream is frozen
5 keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
