Description: great for lunch boxes and snacks 
easy to make and great for batch baking 

Ingredients:
 g Linwood cold milled flaxseed
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Bamboo Fibre
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
 g Black sesame seeds
 g Mixed herbs, dried

Directions:

1 place the flaxseed, ketocal, bamboo flour, almond flour, mixed herbs, black sesame seeds, then season with salt and pepper,
2 now rub the butter into the mixture to form a texture of bread crumbs
3 now add the egg yolk and stir with a folk to form a dough if its a little dry add a few drops of water 
4 now roll out the dough in-between 2 pieces of baking paper,
5 cut out using a sharp knife or use a cookie cutter (you can re roll the dough again so all the dough is used)
6 place the cut out biscuits onto a line baking tray and bake at 170oc for 10/12 minutes until golden and crisp
7 store in an air tight container until needed.
