cinder toffee

Description: this sweet treat is great for Christmas advent calendars or birthday partys

Ingredients:
 g Bicarbonate of soda
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%

Directions:

1 place a sheet of baking paper into a tin and brush with a little oil
2 in a heavy bottom pan heat 4 tablespoons of water and add the sweetener boil for 5 minutes 

3 take off the heat and whisk in the bicarbonate of soda when it has foamed up pour into the tin and allow to cool 


4 melt the coconut oil and chocolate together in the microwave once melted drizzle over the toffee and allow to set (not in the fridge)
5 break up the toffee into pieces and store in an air tight tin until needed
