Description: great for birthday parties or Christmas 

Ingredients:
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Butter, salted
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g cacao butter drops
 g Morrisons Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)

Directions:

1 in a processor blitz the lo dough base to crumbs
2 in a bowl mix the butter and sweetener together add the vanilla and raspberries and the mix in the crumbs to form a paste 
3 take small amounts of the paste and roll into balls place on tray and place in the freezer for 5 minutes
4 in a small jug place the butter drops and melt in the microwave then add the ketocal 
5 dip a cake pop stick into the melted drops and place into the middle of the cake pop then place back into the freezer to set
6 once set dip the cake pop into the drops and place back into the freezer, then repeat so each once has two coats of the drops
7 decorate with edible glitter and serve
