egg mayo lettuce wraps

this lunch recipe is easy to make
great for lunch boxes, picnics and party's
the filling can be make in advance until needed
Ingredients:
g Eggs, chicken, whole, boiled
ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Lettuce, average, raw
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
Directions:
1 boil the egg in a pan for 5 minutes once cooked run under cold water to chill, peel and place in a bowl
2 in a small bowl mix the mayo and ketocal together season with salt and pepper then mix in the chopped egg and avocado
3 place the lettuce leaf on a board and fill with the egg mixture adding tomatoes wrap up repeat until you have used all the lettuce and egg mixture
