crepes (pancake day)

Description:  classic French crepe pancake are the thin pancakes not the thick American ones
great for pancake day, breakfast, dessert, and savory dishes

Ingredients:
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 whisk the egg. ketocal 3,1 and 4,1LQ and coconut flour together allow to stand for 30 minutes 
2 in a frying pan melt the butter over med/low heat and pour 1/2 the batter in fry on both side until golden repeat with the other 1/2 of the batter 
3 sprinkle with truvia and serve 
4 you can layer the pancakes up using small squares of baking paper and then freeze until needed
