easter eggs

Description: Easter just wouldn't be Easter with out a chocolate egg,

Ingredients:
 g Cocoa butter
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Oil, coconut
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener

Directions:

1 place the chocolate and coconut oil in a glass bowl and melt in the microwave
2 once melted stir in the ketocal 
3 pour into a mold ( egg, bunny, chicken) coat the mold then chill until set 
4 add another coat of the chocolate mixture and chill again until all the mixture is used up
5 remove from the mold to stick together heat a knife with a wooden handle and run the hot knife over one edge of the egg then stick the egg together allow to set 
6 decorate the egg as you want using the melted cacao butter you can add food colour to this and pipe over the egg
