blended diet sweet potato, linseed and spinach 2,1

Description: easy to make blend 

Ingredients:
 g Beef, lean, average, raw
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Sweet potato, baked
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled
 g Bananas, flesh only

Directions:

1 soak the flaxseeds in the water for 20 minutes.
2 in a pan over med/low heat add the oil and fry the beef until cooked stirring don't add any colour to the beef at this stage allow to cool.
3 bake or steam the sweet potato until soft allow to cool slightly.
4 place everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
