Ingredients:
g Beef, mince, raw, extra lean
g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
g Swede, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Blueberries
g Oil, olive
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Water, distilled
Directions:
1 chop the broccoli, swede into small cubes boil or steam until soft allow to cool slightly.
2 heat the oil over med/low heat and fry the beef until just cooked dont over cook or add to much color at this stage
3 add everything onto the blender and pule until smooth
4 add the water and blend smooth
