blended cauliflower cheese

Description: easy recipe

Ingredients:
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 steam or boil the cauliflower until soft allow to cool slightly 
2 heat the cream and cheese in a small pan over low heat until cheese has melted into the cream
3 add everything into the blender and pulse until smooth 
4 add water and blend until smooth 
5 before water is added you can freeze this recipe, defrost then add water and blend again until smooth
