Description: easy recipe

Ingredients:
 g Lentils, red, split, dried, boiled in unsalted water
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Peanut butter, smooth
 g Oil, olive
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 if the lentils are raw add to pan of water (don't add salt) boil for 30 minutes until soft, tins or pre cooked work great in this recipe
2 add everything to the bender and pulse until smooth
3 add the water and blend until smooth
4 before you add the water you can freeze the pure until needed, defrost then add the water and blend again until smooth
