Description: this recipe can be made with any fish 
easy to prep and great batch make 

Ingredients:
 g Prawns, king, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 in a food processor place the raw prawns, egg white, spring onion and season with salt and pepper pulse until everything is mixed and smooth 
2 add the ketocal, mix in the prawn mixture until fully combined 
3 heat the oil in a frying pan over med/low heat then add teaspoons of the prawn mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown and cooked though 
serve hot or cold you can freeze these once cold for 2 months
