sticky prawns with sticky rice

Description: great main course 
can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed

Ingredients:
 g Prawns, king, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Beansprouts, mung, raw
 g Black bean sauce
 g Chilli powder
 g Paprika
 g Water, distilled
 ml MCT Oil
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g slim sticky rice
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, salted

Directions:

1 chop the onion. mushrooms, pepper into small bite size pieces
2 in a frying pan heat the butter over med/low heat and add the prawns and the veg fry for 3/4 minutes until the prawns are cooked though
3 in a small bowl mix the ketocal and black bean sauce, water with the chili and paprika, pour over the prawns and allow to simmer 
4 in a small frying pan heat the mct oil and add the rice stir to warm though season with salt and pepper 
5 place the rice onto a plate and cover with the sticky prawns serve hot 
6 you can cool the prawns down and freeze until needed
