cauliflower hummus

Description: this dip is great for lunch boxes party food and buffets 

Ingredients:
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Tahini paste
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 steam the cauliflower till folk tender don't over cook it
2 place the cauliflower tahini garlic in a food processor and season with salt and pepper pulse to break down the mixture then drizzle in the olive oil 
3 chill and serve with nachos or raw vegetable's,
