Description: easy to make, 
great for summer parties and BBQs 

Ingredients:
 g Yogurt, Greek style, plain
 ml MCT Oil
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Morrisons Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, toasted

Directions:

1 mix the yogurt with the mct oil and ketocal
2 line a baking tray with baking paper and spread over the yogurt mixture so its the thickness of a pound coin 
3 sprinkle over the chopped almonds and freeze dried raspberries 
4 place in the freeze until fully frozen
5 break into pieces
