mushroom and cheese Bon Bon's

Description: a great main course and great for a party or buffet 

Ingredients:
 g Slim Rice Original (HCP added*)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Cheese, Gruyere
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Oil, sunflower

Directions:

1 slice and cook the mushrooms in the mct oil until soft
2 drain and rinse the rice and place into a food blender add the cooked mushrooms, ketocal and psyllium husk pulse until you have a smooth dough allow to stand for 10 minutes
3 dice the cheese into small cubes 
4 now take a spoonful of the rice mixture (wet you hands to stop them sticking) flatten out slightly then place some cheese into the middle, now wrap the dough around the cheese and roll into a ball, repeat until you have used all the mixture 
5 in a pan heat the vegetable oil over med/low heat, once hot place the bon Bon's into the oil and fry for 3/5 minutes until golden 
6 drain onto kitchen paper and sprinkle over a pinch of rock salt 
7 serve hot or allow to cool and freeze until needed reheat in a 180oc.
