fish curry

Description: main meal, easy meal to prep average 20 mins to cook pan fry or boil

Ingredients:
 g Cod, flesh only, steamed
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 ml Liquigen
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Mixed curry spices
 g Oil, olive
 g Courgette, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

Directions:

steam your fish, while fish is steaming away add all other vegetables into a pan and cook until boiling. once cooked add fish then leave to stand until cooled down. pop all ingredients and around 100mls of water to a blender and blend until smooth like custard consistency feed via peg.
