Description: MCT strawberry ice-cream

Ingredients:
 ml Elmlea Plant double cream (HCP added*)
 ml Betaquik (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Protifar

Directions:


whip double cream

gradually add betaquickfold in sweetener and mashed strawberries. Pour into freezer-safe container with lid and put in freezer.Mix after 30 min. Repeat for 4-5 times.makes 5 portions
Recipe can be adapted to use other berries or flavourings
