butternut risotto

Description: easy to make main dish 
great to batch cook and freeze 

Ingredients:
 g Squash, butternut, raw
 g Onions, raw
 g Sage, dried, ground
 g Slim Rice Original (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 chop the squash and onion into a small dice pieces 
2 in a frying pan melt the butter ove low heat then cook the vegetables slowly until soft season with slat and pepper 
3 add the drained rice and sage and coat in the butter then add the ketocal LQ and simmer for a few minutes 
4 serve hot or allow to cool and freeze until needed
