Description: great side dish 
can batch cook and freeze 

Ingredients:
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Parsnip, raw
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Butter, salted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 steam the veg until soft 
2 mash the veg in a bowl until smooth then add the butter and ketocal LQ season to taste 
serve hot ot allow to cool then freeze
