garlic mushrooms

Description: an easy starter or light lunch 
great for Christmas 

Ingredients:
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Parsley, fresh
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 cut the mushrooms in half, in a frying pan melt the butter over low heat anf fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes 
2 add the garlic and ketocal and fry for 3 minutes 
3 to serve sprinkle over cheese and chopped parsley
serve hot or at room temp
