chicken with brocoli and cheese sauce

Description: cooking time around 30/40 mins depending on how you cook your chicken.

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Elmlea double cream (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Mascarpone
 g chicken breast oven baked (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

Use a small piece of chicken breast or measure 10g raw before cooking. You could also use frozen chicken . Measure all other ingredients.
Pop the chicken into the oven or fry/grill.
use a small saucepan to boil your brocoli. Once the brocoli is cooked drain ( i like to save the water from the veg to blend with) , add cream slowly along with the cheese to the saucepan and then add the chicken when its cooked. Let it cool a bit and transfer to blender , add liquidgen and add at least 100mls of water , blend to a soft yogurt looking texture. wait for it to cool a little and transfer to a bowl then feed via gastrostamy.
