vegan pancakes

Description: easy to make 
egg free 

Ingredients:
 g fiber flour (HCP added*)
 g Ackee fruit
 ml MCT Oil
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 in a food processor pulse the ackee fruit with the MCT oil until smooth 
2 in a bowl mix the flour and baking powder then add in the ackee fruit mixture mix till you have a smooth batter 
3 heat the olive oil in a pan over med/low heat and add spoonful's of the batter fry for a few minutes on both sides until light and golden in colour 
4 serve hot or allow to cool then freeze until needed
