yogurt and mint dip

Description: this dip is great with onion bhajis or nachos 

Ingredients:
 g Yogurt, Greek style, plain
 g Mint, fresh
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 chop the mint with a sharp knife into thin strips
2 in a bowl mix the yogurt, ketocal, and mayonnaise add the mint and season with salt and pepper
