lassi (Indian yogurt drink)

Description: easy to make drink great to serve as dessert after a curry or on a hot day 

Ingredients:
 g Yogurt, Greek style, plain
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 0 Mangoes, ripe, raw, flesh only

Directions:

1 in a jug mix the ketocal LQ, vanilla, yogurt together until smooth 
2 in a large glass fill with ice cubes and pour over the drink
