Description: cooking time around 40 mins

Ingredients:
 g Swede, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
 g Cod, flesh only, steamed
 g Oil, olive
 g Peas, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Liquigen

Directions:

Steam fish in oven wrapping in foil loosly and cooking on low in a oven gas mark around 4 or 5 until steaming hot. 
While the fish is cooking cook the veg in a saucepan on low.
Add all ingredients to a blender once cooked and blend until smooth adding around 100mls of water until a smooth texture. feed via gastrostomy or as a puree feed ONCE THE FOOD HAS COOLED DOWN.
