nachos with blue cheese dressing

Description: a great Christmas starter or party food  

Ingredients:
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 ml MCT Oil
 g Cheese, Stilton, blue
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:

1 cut the lo-dough base into tringles place in a bowl 
2 add 15g of mct oil to the bowl and season with salt and pepper toss together with you hands until everything is coated in the oil 
3 place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 170oc for 10 minutes, turning over half way though to crisp both sides 
3 in a frying pan add the 5g mct oil over low heat fry the sliced onions and mushroom's until soft 
4 add the cheese and ketocal LQ and stir until the cheese has melted and thickened the sauce 
5 place the toasted nachos on a plate and pour over the cheese sauce
