Kiwi smooth

Description: Upto 10 mins to prep and make

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Oil, coconut
 g Kiwi fruit, flesh and seeds
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)

Directions:

Weigh up all the ingredients and pop into a blender adding at least 100mls of water , add abit of boiled water to warm if you prefer it abit warmer .
Blend until smooth like a yogurt and feed via peg
