Description:  vegetable side dish is great for a roast dinner 

Ingredients:
 g Swede, flesh only, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml MCT Oil
 g Sage, dried, ground

Directions:

1 melt the butter and mix with the mct oil sage and season with salt and pepper
2 slice the swede thinly 
3 layer the sliced swede and butter mixture into a oven proof dish 
4 bake at 180oc for 35.40 minutes to test insert a sharp knife the swede should be soft,
5 allow to cool in the tin remove and re heat or freeze until needed
