Description: easy fish meal easy to make

Ingredients:
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Liquigen
 g Mackerel, flesh only, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

Directions:

Boil brocoli, while doing this measure up all other ingredients and add to a blender. 
Once brocoli is cooked add to blender with rest of ingredients. Add water ( around 100MLS )  blend until you have a smooth consistency, keep adding more water if required to your desire. Serve once cooled in a bowl and feed to your needs.
