Filled chocolates

Description: A treat that can be used as a fat bomb or something for Christmas birthdays Easter etc. Option to add decorative edible glitter dust to the finished chocolates - you can buy glitter dust from most supermarkets (in the home baking section).

Ingredients:
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Butter, unsalted
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Peanut butter, smooth
 g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut

Directions:


1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan using a low heat.
2. Using a paint brush, brush a thin layer into the chocolate moulds you are using and allow to set. When set, repeat this step painting another layer into the mould, then once again allowing it to set.
3. To make the chocolate filling; Mix the butter, nut butter, sweetener and Ketocal powder together to make a smooth paste.
4. Fill the chocolate mould until 3/4 full then pour over the melted chocolate in order to seal the portion. Allow to set over a few hours.
5. Once set, you can release the chocolates from their moulds and decorate with the glitter spray, if desired.
6. To store, keep in an air tight container until ready to eat.
