Ingredients:
g Water, distilled
g Salmon, pink, canned in brine, drained
g Curly kale, boiled in unsalted water
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Blueberries
g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
g Coconut milk
g Oil, walnut
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1 place the chia seeds in the oils and coconut milk to soak for 20 minutes ,
2 steam the kale until soft allow to cool
3 drain the salmon and scoop out the flesh from the avocado,
4 place everything onto the blender and add water blend until smooth.
