Description: easy to make cod with veggies

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Asparagus, raw
 g Cod, flesh only, steamed
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

turn on oven
pop cod into foil( i use frozen cod loins)
pop into oven on a tray and wait for around 30 mins for the cod to steam in  the oven
while your waiting for the fish , wash all veg and pop into a pan and pop lid on and boil/steam, once soft add all veg and cod to a blender along with the other ingredients and the amount of water to your choice ( i use around 100mls per meal) and blend until you have a smooth consistency. Pop into a bowl and let cool then serve
