Description: Get all ingredients out and prep ready this meal should only take around 5 to 10 mins to cook

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Aubergine, raw
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peas, frozen, raw
 g Tuna, canned in sunflower oil, drained

Directions:

chop all veg and pop along with the olive oil into a frying pan, pan fry until all veg is soft. Add all ingredients to a blender aswell as the tuna along with around 100mls of water to make it smooth, Pop into a bowl and serve once cooled or refridgerate overnight.
